"Amy's yoga class is relaxed and most enjoyable. Her yoga knowledge is excellent and she is very adept at deciding what yoga poses would best suit her class. Her delivery and demonstration of yin yoga postures is clear and very easy to follow. She is kind, patient and encouraging. Her yoga studio is lovely, bright, airy and always immaculate. All mats, bolsters, blankets etc are provided. Peace and harmony flow down from Amy and make her class special. Thank you Amy"

"Quite simply I just LOVE Amy's classes. Having practised quite a few different styles of yoga over the years, I had never tried Yin Yoga before attending Amy's classes. Amy creates such a profound healing space and encourages us all to soften and listen to our bodies. In such busy, fast paced lives, it is truly nourishing to slow down and work in such a feminine and soft way. I love that she brings in so many different tools like breathwork, affirmations and sensory awareness to guide us back into our bodies. My weekly classes with her are now a "non-negotiable" aspect of my mental health"

"In "Believe Yoga" I found what I was looking for in my yoga sessions: Peace and quietness and a wonderful way to keep my body alive and my muscles to come out of their sleepy tightness! Amy has a lovely way to guide us through the lessons and her soothing voice helps relax at the end. Coming out of her sessions I feel like wanting to embrace the world!! Thank you Amy!"

"I've been able to take several classes with Amy now. After the first class, I felt that Amy meticulously focused on alignment. The classes are more of a workshop, at the start of the class we do a lot of the same things but then Amy will read the class and teach what we needed personally throughout the session. My hip and shoulder mobility has improve considerably, I would recommend Amy at Believe Yoga for all stages from beginners through to experienced"

"Way too many guys don't look at yoga the right way, they get caught up in the false notions of masculinity. They'll go to the gym and work on one tiny layer of themselves, yet the samurai used to practise flower arranging and calligraphy for stillness and balance. I loved my first class, it was exactly what I needed to add into my routine and a practise that will allow me to continue other pursuits as I age. Amy is a great teacher and a professional. If you train/gym/sport or have a hectic or stressful life/work, yin yoga is the best investment you can make. Aim to be a complete guy"

"What a gem! I truly recommend Amy from Believe Yoga. I've had the pleasure of attending Amy's classes at her home studio, whereby you feel instant calmness upon entering and you leave feeling so relaxed and peaceful every single time. I am a beginner to yoga, however Amy was so welcoming and will cater to your needs at any level. She is such a warm, kind-hearted and friendly soul who is very knowledgeable in Yin Yoga and delivers her class with such professionalism and compassion. Amy has definitely helped me with my Rheumatiod Arthritis since I started 5 months ago. Thank you Amy for having me and teaching me how to manage my pain with your gentle techniques. Love your work!"

"At 67, Yoga seemed to be for younger fitter people. I was surprised at Amy's warmth and knowledge of her craft. After a few weeks of gentle flow yoga, my posture has straightened up and my flexibility has improved 10 fold. This is so important for an ageing body, I have a renewed lust for life"
