January is the time of the month where we are offered a clean slate to start off the year with good intentions for our health and wellbeing. My intention for this month is to create a Yin Yoga Challenge for you to participate in, 3 days a week for the whole month of January at the Believe Yoga studio.

Here I give you the opportunity to set your own personal sankalpa (intention) at the start of the challenge, offer you support and guidance throughout and end this magical month with an end of challenge party to celebrate your participation. 

This challenge is perfect for you if:

  • You have started a fitness regime.

  • Regularly do sports/gym.

  • Are wanting to deepen your yoga practice.

  • You want to learn how to find and maintain stillness within no matter what is happening in your life.

The benefits you will receive from this challenge include:

  • Faster recovery rate if currently active in sports.

  • Reduce injuries to overused muscles.

  • Build discipline and improve focus and concentration.

  • Increase flexibility and range of motion.

  • Ease aches and pains.

  • Improve posture.

This challenge is suitable for both males and females at any level of practice. Every posture comes with modifications from beginners to more advanced.
